1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and abutgel ("Platform"). By accessing, using, or registering an account on the abutgel platform at https://abutgel.pro, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in these Terms.

3 Account Registration

You are solely responsible for:

4 Deposits & Payments

Abutgel accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay), and approved cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed securely through an encrypted payment gateway.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name.
• Abutgel does not accept third-party deposits — all payments must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.
• Funds deposited into an abutgel account are for gambling purposes only and do not accrue interest or any investment return.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal of funds from your abutgel account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100 per transaction.
• All withdrawals must be to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• The KYC verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Abutgel aims to process all valid withdrawals within 30 minutes, subject to security verification.
• Abutgel reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving high-value withdrawals.

Abutgel reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. In such cases, an internal investigation will be conducted and the member will be notified within a reasonable timeframe.

6 Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers at abutgel are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
